The existing home already had an pool beautifully landscaped yard for entertaining but the existing plan with basic kitchen and separate dining and living areas didn’t take advantage of the site and didn’t flow well when entertaining groups. The addition included a bathroom to easily accessible from the pool deck and a family room which opens generously to the existing house. Interior walls were removed to open the entire first floor the make space more flexible for entertaining and large family gatherings.
