Stone Farmhouse Addition | Boiling Springs, PA

This project added a new kitchen, bedroom, and master suite to a 1830s stone farmhouse. These clients wanted to maintain the beautiful stone farmhouse but needed more space to accommodate their growing family. Adding a new kitchen to the rear provided an opportunity to connect the new kitchen with a new outdoor patio for family dinners and evening fires. The grade change in the backyard was a challenging portion of the project but at the same time presented an opportunity to nest the addition into the hillside.
